Reviews and Ratings
I had a family stay for 2 nights and was really impressed with the quality of the rooms and the amenities. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the meals were tasty. The staff provided excellent customer care, making our stay comfortable overall. However, during a past visit, I experienced some significant issues, including room changes and appliance failures, which made my visit less pleasant. It's a mixed bag overall.
Nile Village Resort is located in a great spot in Jinja, close to the Source of the Nile and other attractions. The atmosphere is laidback and there's a nice garden area, but my experience was marred by loud parties that made it hard to sleep. The rooms were decent but the bed was too hard for my liking. Overall, it had potential but not without some significant downsides.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, where the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The rooms were impressive and clean, featuring high-quality fittings and well-maintained amenities. However, I was disappointed with the dining as it lacked variety, and I encountered issues with some facilities being charged extra, which felt a bit off for a spa hotel. Overall, it had great potential but needs attention to detail.
My stay here was quite eventful! The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, which made my time there enjoyable. The location was convenient for various activities, but I encountered some issues with my room where things weren't as well-maintained as I hoped. Although the dining options were impressive, my experience was slightly marred by long wait times. Overall, I found the hotel to be decent but with some improvements needed in certain areas.
I had a memorable stay at Nile Village, which served as a great base during my overland trip. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the dining options were tasty, enhancing my experience. Although the breakfast offerings were limited, and I encountered some issues with the reception staff, the overall atmosphere and amenities made it worth the stay.
